Fancy sailing? Well why not hire Lamorna’s local Cornish Lugger, The Barnabas or maybe a Crabber. We are proud to offer you the unique opportunity to sail in a traditional boat, learn about its history and grasp the basics of sailing. A fully qualified “Sailor” will be on board to guide you through your coastal tour.
The Cove Hotel works in partnership with the CMT (Cornish Maritime Trust) whose key experienced members are all fully qualified in maritime awards and as an organisation have a number of boats, three of which are moored in neighbouring Mousehole’s harbour. This is an activity suited to all profiles including families, so let reception know that you’re interested when you make a reservation to stay!
