Hello!

As this is our first ever blog post, I guess the most important thing is to introduce ourselves. By that I mean the key people you’ll meet when you stay at The Cove Hotel. Well there’s Fran, Ellie and Danny, all taking turns on main reception. They’ll be there to meet and greet you plus look after all your needs during your stay. Then there’s Pablo, your restaurant Maitre d’, head waiter the gorgeous Ben assisted by head waitress, Lorna, and of course, key to all your culinary wants, our talented chef. And then finally myself, Lee, overseeing the whole operation, not forgetting are two resident rabbits, who preside in full luxury on the outside terrace! We all have different roles in the hotel but our jobs all follow the same end game – to make your stay with us the perfect break, to keep in touch and to see you again, very soon!
